Warning Strip, or Signal Strip as it's also known, is designed to offer another layer of protection to the public advising them there are buried cables underneath. It is located between the surface of the ground and the buried cable below.
Danger tape is designed to advise the public to stay away from a potentially hazardous area. Both these products are made of plastic and are easy to tear or cut.
TransNet Warning Strip and Danger Tape are made in New Zealand from recycled materials.
