Vacuum Formed End Cover

Custom-designed covers are made from thick-walled Raychem insulating material, vacuum-formed to precise dimensions for a secure fit on distribution equipment, bus bars, conductors, and connections. These components, susceptible to phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground accidental contact—including interference from wildlife—are protected to prevent power outages.

These covers are re-enterable, allowing for maintenance and reinstallation as needed. Built with UV-stable insulation, they offer years of reliable service in demanding environments.
