Returns & Refunds
The Customer shall not be entitled to return any Goods without obtaining prior written approval from TransNet which, to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall be at TransNet’s sole discretion.
Subject to TransNet granting such approval, TransNet will issue a Return Authorisation Number (“RA”) and unless the Customer is returning defective Goods, the Customer will pay TransNet a re-stocking fee calculated at TransNet’s then current rate for the specific Good, ranging between 15% and 25% of the price paid by the Customer for the Goods plus GST.
All goods shall be returned to TransNet’s Auckland premises at the cost and risk of the Customer with the RA and in the same state and condition as at the time of supply with all packages in the condition they were when delivered to or collected by the Customer.
TransNet will issue a credit to the Customer for the returned Goods.
